Many Individuals and organizations have come forward over the years to support the programs that PASS brings to low socio-economic areas of Phoenix and throughout Arizona. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of friends like you who want to give disadvantaged children new opportunities to attain significance in life.

Arizona School Tax Credit
The State of Arizona allows direct dollar for dollar reduction from a resident's yearly state tax. This allows taxpayers to donate to schools and credit the entire gift toward their state taxes. Individuals and families may give to both private and public schools as long as the total of the donations do not exceed the allowed credit limit and the amount taxed. Matching Gifts
Double your gift to PASS through a corporate matching gift. Check with your employer to see if your workspace offers this option.

Honorary and Memorial Gifts
Many donors make gifts "in honor of " or "in memory of" a friend or family member. PASS will send an appropriate letter to the person or family specified acknowledging the gift.

Gifts of Securities
Making a gift of stock can reduce or eliminate capital gains tax and result in a charitable
deduction for the full, appreciated value of the stock. PASS will send stock transfer instructions upon request to your broker or agent.

Planned Giving
As a non-profit organization, PASS can be named as a full or partial beneficiary in a will, life
insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or trust fund. Planned giving donors are welcome
to meet with PASS staff or have their lawyers or accountants contact us.

In-Kind Gifts
PASS accepts the donation of products and services from foundations, corporations and
individuals. Such gifts offset costs and help programs run more effectively and efficiently.
PASS can provide documentation for in-kind donations to ensure that the contributor receives
appropriate tax benefits.

Friends of PASS
The "Friends of PASS" campaign is our annual individual fundraising effort. Donations to the
Friends campaign may be made at any time throughout the year, but solicitation letters are

Volunteers
Volunteers are vital to the continued success of PASS. We rely on volunteers
to help support our different programs. Lend your time and expertise as a tennis instructor,
educational tutor, or any one of many special fundraising efforts of the foundation. Contact
